Will my wig come customized and ready to wear?

All wigs come fully customized with lightly bleached knots, plucked hair lines and completely styled. All you have to do is cut the lace, apply tint to your lace that matches your skin color, and your unit is ready to wear.

Can I get a Refund or Exchange my item?

ALL items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance.

Before you cut the lace, try on your unit, and check for the right fit. We do not refund but we can exchange your unit within 30 days ONLY if the lace is still on and has not been cut.

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your order! If there is a problem with your order that occured on our behalf, we will do our best to accomdate it. Please email us any questions or concerns at info@HairDestination.com

How long is processing and shipping?

All Custom wigs & Pre-orders have a 3-5 week processing time from date purchased, once wig(s) are completed, tracking info will be sent 1-2 business days.

Bundles and Lace have a processing time of up to 14 days.

Ready to ship orders tracking info will be sent out within 3 business days.

Once it sent, we are not responsible once received by mail carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods once we hand it over to the mail carrier.

Shipping times may be extended during sale or holiday seasons.

Can I pick up my wig?

At this time, we do not offer any pickups for orders. We are 100% online based and offer shipping.

What's the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?

Raw Hair:

Full roots to tip and it will last 3+ years with proper care. All cuticles are aligned in the same direction to prevent tangling. It can be lifted to #613 in one process.

  • Retains its natural color(each bundle color may vary slightly)
  • Retains its natural texture

Virgin Hair:

This hair can last you 1-2 years with proper care. It can be dyed up to #27 and styled with heating tools.

  • Slightly lower quality than raw hair

Are the wigs glueless? Can I use glue on the wig?

All closure units are 100% glueless with a band and comb attached for extra security. Frontal units come with a band in the box but are not attached to the unit but can be added upon request in the "Notes" section during order.

You can use adhesives on the lace if you choose but it is not always needed.

How do I maintain my hair?

  • Wash hair using sulfate free shampoo and conditioner

  • Use satin pillowcase or hair bonnet to protect hair and avoid frizz

  • Keep hot tools at a reasonable temperature to avoid damaging the hair. Use a heat protectant as well

  • Use wide tooth comb or paddle brush to detangle hair

  • Do not use heavy products on hair to avoid greasy hair and product build up
