Order Processing

All wigs are currently made to order.

Once your order is placed:

  • Hair is first purchased and delivered to us
  • This takes 2–3 business days
  • Once hair is received, your unit is then constructed, customized, and styled

Please allow 2-3 additional business days for construction and styling depending on the complexity of your order.

📦 Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped:

  • Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and carrier

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Processing time is not shipping time 
  • Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time
  • Custom or colored units may require additional time
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped

Responsibility: The Hair Destination is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.
