Return and Refund Policy
At The Hair Destination, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

The issue is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong color, size, or cap construction).

The wig is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with packaging intact.
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3–5 business days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description.
No Exchanges or Refunds If:

The wig has been worn, cut, dyed, washed, or altered in any way.

The issue is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. changed mind, ordered wrong item).
Return Process

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

The wig must be sent back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only for qualifying issues.
Transit Delays: In rare instances, transit delays may occur. The Hair Destination is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or acts of nature. Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for transit delays due to these factors.
Chargebacks: The Hair Destination does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by carrier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
